For over a decade George has worked in politics – on campaigns and in government - in think-tanks, and as a consultant creating solutions for clients that map to government priorities. In his time as director of business development and stakeholder relations at the Macdonald-Laurier Institute, George built a robust network of  executives and policy makers across Canada. He has a unique ability to connect individuals and organizations to solve public policy problems and propose innovative ideas to help Canadian businesses flourish.

George’s relationships in the defence, energy, health sciences, manufacturing, technology position him well to support our clients. His experience in Canada-U.S. relations make him invaluable.

In government, George worked in the office of the Minister of National Defence where he managed the Honourable Peter MacKay’s tour and supported operations, regional affairs, and issues management teams.

George has served as a board member with the Ontario Trillium Foundation, the largest granting organization in Canada. He’s an active volunteer in his community that includes his long-time service with the Children’s Wish Foundation and Halifax Victim Services.
